Pretty Nice.

It's unexpected humor and that's the part where it's unique.
The animation is good, the sounds are well played and the whole plot is crazy.

The voices fit the characters, so that's good.

How to get him:
Complete Target Challenge on HARD and that's how you found phantom and you must defeat him.
Then, it'll say "you unlocked mecha death challenge".
Then,Bring it on mecha death!!
